SJMPH Foundation Announces 33rd Annual Mercy-Chafty Memorial Golf Outing
Start Date
July 3, 2013

Port Huron, MI… St. Joseph Mercy Foundation is pleased to host the Thirty-Third Annual Mercy ~ Chafty Memorial Golf Outing. You’re invited to grab your clubs and head out for a fun-filled day of golf while helping to support special projects of the award-winning Mercy Regional Cancer Center and the Peoples’ Clinic for Better Health. The Peoples’ Clinic is cosponsored by the St. Clair County Medical Society and St. Joseph Mercy Port Huron, and is funded in part by the United Way of St. Clair County.

This year’s event will be held Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at Port Huron Golf Club. An afternoon flight will be offered in this modified 18-hole golf scramble for male, female and mixed foursomes. The event begins with registration at 11:30 a.m., and includes a buffet lunch. An outstanding dinner and auction will follow the day’s fun-filled activities with a Hawaiian theme.

Last year’s Mercy ~ Chafty Memorial Golf Outing raised more than $44,000 to support the Mercy Regional Cancer Center and provide medical care for the poor and uninsured through the Peoples’ Clinic. As the needs in our community continue to grow so, too, does the need for your continued support. At St. Joseph Mercy, your contributions touch the individual lives of so many.
